B2C<\/p>\n<p>Website: https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 1 General Return Conditions<\/p>\n<p>(1) Returns in B2B transactions are permitted exclusively after prior written approval by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p>(2) There is no general right of return in B2B transactions.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Returns in B2B transactions are accepted exclusively within the scope of an individually issued and confirmed RMA authorization by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p>(4) The statutory rights of consumers in B2C transactions remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 2 RMA Procedure<\/p>\n<p>(1) Every B2B return requires a valid RMA number (Return Material Authorization).<\/p>\n<p>(2) B2B returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n<p>(3) The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Issuance of an RMA authorization does not constitute recognition of a defect or an obligation to accept the return.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 3 Conditions for Returns<\/p>\n<p>(1) B2B returns are only accepted if the goods:<br \/>\n&#8211; are unused<br \/>\n&#8211; are in their original packaging<br \/>\n&#8211; are complete and resalable<br \/>\n&#8211; have not been subjected to improper handling or storage<\/p>\n<p>(2) Products in the areas of dangerous goods, safety equipment, special technical equipment, or custom-sourced goods are generally excluded from return in B2B transactions, insofar as legally permissible.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Statutory consumer rights apply to B2C customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 4 Shipping and Risk<\/p>\n<p>(1) B2B returns are shipped exclusively at the customer\u2019s risk and expense.<\/p>\n<p>(2) In B2B transactions, the risk of loss or damage during return transport remains entirely with the customer until receipt at the Seller\u2019s warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>(3) For B2C customers, the statutory provisions on return shipping and transfer of risk apply.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 5 Inspection and Acceptance<\/p>\n<p>(1) Every returned item will be subject to technical and commercial inspection upon receipt.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Acceptance of a B2B return is granted exclusively after successful inspection by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p>(3) The Seller reserves the right to refuse B2B returns that do not comply with the RMA conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 6 Credit and Refunds<\/p>\n<p>(1) Any credit note for B2B returns will only be issued after completed inspection and acceptance of the return.<\/p>\n<p>(2) The amount of the credit note will be determined individually based on the condition of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Processing times for credit notes may take up to 21 working days after completion of the inspection.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Statutory provisions on refunds apply to B2C customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7 7 Exclusions<\/p>\n<p>(1) The following are particularly excluded from returns in B2B transactions:<br \/>\n&#8211;
