permitted exclusively in B2B transactions and only after prior written approval by Mathies Ship Supplies SAS.<br \/>\n(2) There is no general right of return.<br \/>\n(3) Returns are only accepted within the scope of an individually issued and confirmed RMA authorization by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 2 RMA Procedure<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Every return requires a valid RMA number (Return Material Authorization).<br \/>\n(2) Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender\u2019s expense.<br \/>\n(3) The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging.<br \/>\n(4) Issuance of an RMA number does not constitute recognition of a defect or an obligation to accept the return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3 Conditions for Returns<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Returns are only accepted if the goods:<br \/>\n\u2022 are unused<br \/>\n\u2022 are in their original packaging<br \/>\n\u2022 are complete and resalable<br \/>\n\u2022 have not been subjected to improper handling or storage<br \/>\n(2) Products in the areas of dangerous goods, safety equipment, special technical equipment, or custom-sourced goods are generally excluded from return, insofar as legally permissible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4 Shipping and Risk<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Returns are shipped exclusively at the customer\u2019s risk and expense.<br \/>\n(2) The risk of loss or damage during return transport remains entirely with the customer until receipt at the seller\u2019s warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5 Inspection and Acceptance<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Every returned item will be subject to technical and commercial inspection upon receipt.<br \/>\n(2) Acceptance of a return is granted exclusively after successful inspection by the seller.<br \/>\n(3) The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the RMA conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6 Credit and Refunds<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Any credit note will only be issued after completed inspection and acceptance of the return.<br \/>\n(2) The amount of the credit note will be determined individually based on the condition of the goods.<br \/>\n(3) Processing times for credit notes may take up to 21 working days after completion of the inspection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7 Exclusions<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) The following are particularly excluded from returns:<br \/>\n\u2022 dangerous goods and safety-related products<br \/>\n\u2022 individually sourced or project-based goods<br \/>\n\u2022 opened or used technical products<br \/>\n\u2022 products with expired or impaired functionality<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 8 Final Provisions<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Deviating return arrangements are only valid if expressly confirmed by the seller in text form.<br \/>\n(2) No ancillary agreements
