The binding currency is the one selected in the order and confirmed by the Seller in the order confirmation.<br \/>\n(3) There is no entitlement to any currency outside the offered range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3 Accepted Payment Methods<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) The following payment methods are accepted exclusively:<br \/>\nBank transfer (SEPA \/ international wire transfer)<br \/>\nCredit card \/ debit card via the Seller\u2019s payment infrastructure<br \/>\n(2) No other payment methods are accepted.<br \/>\n(3) There is no entitlement to the use of specific payment providers or payment systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4 Exclusion of Third-Party Payment Systems<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Third-party payment services are excluded.<br \/>\n(2) In particular, PayPal is not accepted.<br \/>\n(3) Payment via non-authorized systems does not discharge the payment obligation.<br \/>\n(4) No deviations or alternative arrangements are permitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5 Purchase on Invoice (B2B)<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Payment on invoice is granted exclusively upon an established business relationship confirmed by the Seller.<br \/>\n(2) As a general rule, this requires at least six (6) successfully completed and properly fulfilled orders.<br \/>\n(3) Approval is subject exclusively to internal creditworthiness and risk assessment by the Seller.<br \/>\n(4) There is no entitlement to payment on invoice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6 Due Date and Default<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the invoice amount is due immediately.<br \/>\n(2) Upon expiry of the payment deadline, the customer is automatically in default.<br \/>\n(3) The Seller is entitled to charge statutory default interest as well as reasonable reminder and administrative costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7 Right to Withhold Performance<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) The Seller is entitled to withhold delivery and performance until full payment has been received.<br \/>\n(2) This applies in particular to first orders, large-volume orders, or cases of increased operational or financial risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 8 Bank Charges<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) All bank and transaction fees, in particular for international payments, shall be borne by the customer.<br \/>\n(2) The full invoice amount must be received without deduction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 9 Final Provisions<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Deviating payment terms shall only apply if expressly confirmed by the Seller in text form.<br \/>\n(2) No ancillary agreements exist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_glsr_average":0,"_glsr_ranking":0,"_glsr_reviews":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-137823","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/137823","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=137823"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/137823\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/rickmersmarinesupply.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=137823"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
